12 ORGANIZING HACKS TO SIMPLIFY KITCHEN AND HOME 


INTRODUCTION:

At times there can be an area or space in our home, which we make remain organized due to no idea on how to decor or how to organize it? Eventually, we can find a way to organize but due to initial indecisiveness, we are ended up with a little mess. 


In this article, I will provide you with some hacks and tips that can be followed in your home to stay organized. Let's get started.


1. Kitchen Drawer:

If you are using a Kitchen cabinet drawer as I mentioned in the Below picture for storing eating plates and Glasses, then you all must face the problem of sliding and falling of glasses and Plates inside the drawer while opening it. 






To avoid this problem, you can take two baskets as I mentioned in the below image, and lay an anti-slip liner on them. Place those baskets in the drawer and arrange glasses and bowls separately. Now items won't fall off while opening the drawer and the drawer also looks more organized and attractive.


2. Gift wrapper storage:


If you have kids then packing gifts for birthday parties must be a frequent task. To make life easy we all prefer to store a few gift wrapping rolls at home. But if they are not kept properly they do get crumbled. To store and organize them properly you can use a polybag organizer as I mentioned below. Due to its good height, it can easily hold gift wrapping roles, chart papers, brown sheets, etc, and accessing them would be very much easier. 


3. Cooking Towel Organizing:


While cooking we all must face the challenge of kitchen towels slipping and falling with frequent touches. To keep it intact you can attach velcroon the side of the towel .


Now Velcro will hold the towel and keep it intact.


4. Labeling:


Labeling containers, jars, and cabinets can help us to identify the spices and products easily without any difficulty, and also labeling is an important hack in organizing the kitchen. To make beautiful labels you don't need expensive label makers. You just need a few cloth tags as in the image and a few cloth drying clips.


Print the name with the font of your choice in a regular A4 Sheet. Cut the names individually and paste them on those tags. That will give the labels a good base. Now with the help of cloth drying clips attach them to the baskets. 


5. Knife Organizer:


To organize kitchen knives and scissors you can make a beautiful knife holder at home. Take any transparent glass, jug, jar, or vase. Now take different types of beans like rajma, lobia beans and fill them as in the picture. Fill one-third of each type of bean in the jar. 

Now you can easily hold your knives and scissors inside the jar. Make sure your knives and scissors are clean and dry before placing them in the jar. 


6. Decor light Organizing:


For Diwali, Christmas, Ramzan, and any other regular festivals we all must have our multiple fairy lights. To organize them after usage and avoid tangling use empty toilet paper rolls and wrap the lights around them. 

Now you won't have to struggle to untangle them during usage of next time. 


7. Magnetic Holders:


If you are short on storage space in the bathroom you can use this type of magnetic knife holder to organize your grooming accessories such as scissors, filer, tweezers, nail clippers, etc., 


8. Measuring Cups organizing:


If you love baking you must be using these measuring cups all the time. Organizing these cups and accessing the right one when needed can be time-consuming. 

To organize these cups you can use wired command hooks as in the picture on the door of any cabinet. Now you can organize all the measuring cups individually and access them easily when needed. 


9. Party Dress Organizing:


Party gowns and long dresses are difficult to hang on the hangers due to their length. To hang them put one hanger on the neck and use another hanger on the mid of the length to fold the dress in half. Now you can hang the dress easily. 


10. Cleaning Accessories Organizing:


For daily, monthly cleaning we all use different types of gloves, Dusters, etc. Keeping them organized and visible can be challenging if you have limited space. Now you can utilize the door space by placing hooks called over the door multi-hook. Now you can hang all the cleaning accessories making them visible and easily accessible. 


11. Earrings organizer:


If you like to change earrings every day then storing and accessing them should be an easy task. To make an easy DIY earrings organizer you can use this type of gas roaster which has a mesh as in the picture. 

You can decorate as per your wish too and hang it on the door of the dressing table. It will not only make your earrings organized but now all your collections will be visible so that you can choose them easily as per your tier.
